My Experience in Gathering User Needs:

I employed both methods - observation and interview - in order to gather the data for this assignment. Since the company always receives several orders and questions, I took note of the information which users inquire about most frequently. At the same time, I discovered the details which most people, especially first-time buyers, have a difficult time understanding. I also conducted one-on-one interviews with the regular customers. Since they have already ordered several times, it was easier to find out what they loved most about the service and how it can be further improved. The experience brought me excitement since through learning about the user needs, I can already form in my head some solutions on how these can be addressed.
